OK, here’s what I think I’ve concluded after 24 hrs of drinking the protein hydrolysate and pre/post-WO maltodextrin. I need to be eating even more. I’m already feeling better and less sore. Maybe I need to be getting MINIMUM 200g protein and closer to 5000 calories per day. I’ll try that for a while and see what happens.

You need to be eating MINIMUM 250 grams of protein. 200 grams is a bad day.
I’ve upped my daily intake to 250 grams protein for the past 4-5 days and I don’t know how many calories… probably 5000. I’ve quickly started gaining weight again… up about .5 kilos the past 4 days. My goal is to weigh minimum 120 kg, maybe more. So, I guess the reason for all my issues has primarily been diet.
