I am wondering if I can use only power clean instead of power snatch for Texas Method. My power cleans suck right now and they need major work to get up to par. I have just finished my second week of TM and so far I have been doing chin-ups and back ext on the day that the power snatch would be performed. Other than that, I am basically running the Phase 1 template straight out of PPST. Also, assuming I do start doing PC twice per week, how would I program that best 5x3 on volume and 3x3 on recovery day? Also, where would I put the chin-ups? I guess I would not be needing the back ext anymore. If PC is not good twice a week, are there any better alternatives for a guy trying to get a huge back and traps and gain lots of weight? Thanks.
