    Male
    230ibs, 5'10
Started my NLP 6 weeks ago.
Had to take 2 weeks off due to an upper respiratory infection.

My issues is, I'm having trouble with my squat. By my third set my lower back is completely fatigued at a 225ib squat.
I picked up right where I left off after I was sick. My guess is I was either not hitting squat depth enough at lighter weights and need to drop back down to around 200ibs to make sure I can recover from good depth at sets across. Or I shouldn't have started back at the same weights after my two week layoff. I understand 225ib is not a big squat.

I also just switched to eating more food per recommendation from Rober Santana.

    Any help would be appreciated.

This is probably true. Post a video and tell us what your deadlift is like.

I have the starting strength belt, 3inch, single prong.
It's been pinching my sides pretty bad at the bottom of my Squats. I think having big hips and some uneeded love handles is causing it.
I have not been wearing it because of the pinching.
Maybe it just needs to be broken in. The belt is pretty stiff still.
