Bench Pressing on 4 day a week Press program
Hi,
in this vid: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oFBFk8FWZXA Rip outlines a 4 day a week pressing regime:
5x5
Heavy singles
Pin presses
DE doubles
He also mentions how one should still bench every couple of weeks.
So I'm wondering how one would go about doing that. I was thinking about taking out the DE doubles once every 2 weeks and work up to a set, followed by back offs for volume.
My other idea was to do some volume BP after the heavy singles.
Suggestions/advice?

Alternate the DE presses with heavy bench 3s.
