Hi everybody!
I ve started coaching some friends on LNP and am at a point where I want to include chin-ups.
I checked all 3 books, yt and this forum (and surely missed some info), but I still lack the bigger chin-up programming picture.
I d have a lat-pulldown machine, resistance bands and the possibility to let them do negative chin-ups.
Could someone walk me through a general programming scenario for the average Joe who cant do even 1 full body weight chin-up all the way to doing weighted chin-ups?
Are there any implications to adapt this general guideline for healthy Masters (volume) and/or women (neuromuscular efficiency - setsXreps)?
Thanks a lot for your help!

If your clients cannot do a bodyweight chin, either use the lat machine or get their deadlifts up to double-bodyweight.
