No sir, the tendon is definetly inflamed at the very least. I was at the doctor again the day before for my yearly health examination. He prescribed me Ibuprofen and told me to rest for a month and then starting slowly again. It's not like I am suffering agony when benching, rather a weakness which I am unable to explain eloquently because it's not my native language. Feels like the tendon lights up, and then my arm gives up completely after one or two more reps. After the benching I can feel the tendon being exhausted and "burning", while the other side could bench another 2-3 reps.

I have not benched for 1,5-2 weeks now, and I haven't had any problems so far. When I am going to start benching again, would you advise me to go for CGBP instead of normal benches as the shoulder abduction is reduced, which would help my case?

Once you determine how this happened, it's likely that a close grip will allow you to train the movement.

I do not want to start another thread, so I am trying to ask you guys in here:

I missed my OHP 75kgx3 today at the first rep. Last week I could easily press 72,5kg x3 for 5 sets. When I was working out earlier I wasn't sure what to do, because I never failed a rep before - then I just did 70kg for 5x3. 75kg just did not want to move at all.
To be honest I had an exhausting week, but I still thought that I can grind through it, just didn't work this time lol.
I am sleeping 8-9 hours every day, eating way more than enough and resting like 5-10 minutes between sets.

Does someone know what to do when failing a rep? I mean the entire training felt like shit but I could still grind through the rest - just not sure what to do now.

Could have been your sleep, your diet, a combo or simply a bad day. I've never experienced that myself, but I have experienced really struggling with a weight on a first set, then its easier on the 2nd set. Also, really struggling with a weight and then the next sessions higher weight seems like a piece of cake. The world is a strange place.

Its been almost a week, how did your last session go?

Get a day or two of recovery and try again if you haven't already. Make 1kg jumps instead of 2.5kg. Sometimes bad days happen.

Regarding the tendon issue, I've found a hi-dose ibuprofen regimen to help with brief bouts of major inflammation. 1000mg for a day or two, down to 600-800mg for a day or two, down to 400mg for a day or two, 200mg, then done.
