    Spent all day traveling and not eating. I just had my first bite of food in 18 hours! I also had...um...a thorough evacuation of my digestive system. Looks like that extra weight I put on wasn't as permanent as I thought. Back down to 171 after a long trip to the bathroom. Getting to 165 from here actually isn't that hard. Looks like I may score that 185 kg squat in the 75 kg class after all.

    So you're planning on squeezing out some fat and any residual water to scrape in the under 75kg class. Good luck
