I'm 50, 188cm, 96kg... I had a particularly active weekend (tennis Saturday, beach Sunday where I got burnt (summer in Australia), rather vigorous sexual episode Sunday night (unusual these days unfortunately)), and this morning (Monday) I felt absolutely bagged. Dragged myself out of bed, did my 10 minutes on the treadmill to warm-up, and then got crushed under a 70kg squat warmup (when my workset is 135kg 3x5).
... So I gave up thinking this is the time I would get injured.
I've had a couple of Mondays like this after a big weekend. I find Mondays is the hardest day for training. Besides a good sleep do the rest of you: a) feel the same about Mondays, and b) do anything special Sunday night to prepare for the next day? Thanks.
well i wish i could get have some of your Sunday 'preparation'. I'll take whatever consequences on Monday.

b) Regarding sexual epsiodes... at my age I am allowed to brag since getting 'it' up is a major success in its own right. (will post about living without testosterone soon).

Stop overtraiing yourself with your late night orgies on Sunday. Move them to Fridays or Saturdays like regular folk, goddamnit. Sunday is the lord's day.
