My friends, what you think about my lift stats? I know that they are novice stats, but I feel like they´re disproportional. Especially bench press =(

    My lift stats, 5RM:

    Bench: 50Kg
    Squat: 80Kg
    Deadlift: 104Kg
    Military Press: 42Kg

    Cheers

Your lifts look proportional enough to me.

It's the common bodybuilding mindset, not something brazilian. I don't participate in brazilian forums, people can't seem to be able to spell correctly on those places and they are very much fucking dumb.

Your numbers look good. Brazilian weather and food should help you get big and strong. Probably a good place for recovering as well.

My friends, I have a question about lift stats that most people show.

For exemple: When I say that my bench is 52Kg, I´m saying that it´s 52Kg for 5 reps without bar.

On Brazil forums, people usually show just one side of bar and without bar, I don´t like this.

What do you want to say when you post bench: 150, squat 200 and deadlift 250, in terms of reps and if add the bar or no?

This post sounds weird, forgive my english one more time...

    Thanks
