How does one realize when their quads are doing the work? Not doubting you just curious
I feel like I finally learned to use my ass squatting. Feels good man.
But I also felt that while I got a 5/5/4, the first set was hard as hell, and form broke down a bit in the last set and started to engage my quads too much there and not enough hamstrings and adductors. Feels bad man.
Should I back down to a bit lower weight or should I continue?
