    Is it true the military press uses hip drive, kinda like the push press uses leg drive?

    True, but generally when people say Military press they tend to mean regular ol' press. Probably because Military press sounds cooler or whatever. Seeing as Hamworld doesnt have the book, i think its ok to assume that he hasnt yet read about the different variations.

    Because someone said so. IIRC Rippetoe said the military press uses a little hip drive on the forum.
