    Noted.

I'm also planning to modify the pullups slightly, I currently do 8x3 twice a week with BW + 50 pounds, so the 2 X 8-12 plan is not for me. Think I'll switch to 3x5 for pullups as well and see how it goes.

Have I started a weighted push ups revolution? Yes, I think I have.

On a serious note, a device which allows proper weighted push ups takes up about the same room as a bench.

3x5 pullups (or better, chin ups) is good. Dip belt is a must.

I do have a pair of dumbbells, thanks for the link.

I do weighted dips using a backpack, only issue is when the weights get heavy, your body is forced to stay straight. I may just wear the backpack in front to do chest dips
    Or Chains.

You didn't start shit. Push-up weighted have been around forever. The only people who bitch about the being hard to load are lazy in general. I don't see how they are hard to load.

Oh, but I did! You see what I have done? I started it.

I agree, there are ways of effectively loading the "push-up weighted" (thank you for the new name for my invention).

That is the very bench that failed when I was spotting someone who had 185 lbs on the bar.
I literally type in weight bench in Amazon and that was the first result. It was mainly for concept. Any promotion of said bench was unintentional.

I still think the OP is retarded.

    *shrug*
