    I've tried it before. It seems to make things go faster and easier. However, balancing on the contoured seat can be tricky, especially since the width is pretty thin. What made me stop was the fact that sometimes, if you're too far back, you might leave a trail on the back of the seat. Also, it requires pants removal. And given the balance problems, there can be very dire consequences if you mess up.

    I've heard of these 'benefits'; read it on a different article - 7 Basic things yo won't believe you're all doing wrong.
    But what I do is just lean forward as much as I can, while sitting down... like a normal person!
