AGREE. And this is my opinion as well. However I don't care about water gains AT ALL. I know how to gain 10 pounds of water in DAYS. So, basically you agree with me that the actual gains of pure muscle mass which is what counts in the end of the day ARE FAR LESS.

    And Zack got fat.

YOU ARE CORRECT ZACK EVETTS IS NO CLOSE TO REGG PARK DESPITE THE FACT THAT HE HAS THE SAME LBM AT THE SAME HEIGHT BECAUSE 50% OF THE LEAN GAINS ARE WATER AND THE REST ARE NOT AS SHOWN BY RIPPETOE.

HAT'S WHY IT'S FUNNY WHEN WANNABE COACHES MAKE ASSUMPTIONS ABOUT BODYFAT AND BELIEVE THAT YOU CAN GAIN 46 POUNDS OF LEAN MUSCLE MASS IN 6 Months. YOU are aLL FULL OF SHIT if you think it's possible.

Unless of course you want to gain 5 gallons of water. In that case I will show you how to increase your LBM by 10 in 2 hours.

    And Zack got fat.

You should continue to type in all capitals because it is pleasant to read. Of course, your incisive wit and sharp critical thinking skills function synergistically with your typing style to reinforce the impression that you know your stuff. Good show, I say. Good show.

I do agree that the muscle gains were less than what he claimed, simply because water weight wasn't counted. I'd imagine Zach gained about 8-10 pounds of water weight that is technically lean mass (since it isnt bodyfat), but isn't muscle.

But I also disagree with your methods of saying someone's lean musle can't be X because someone else is the same height and weight and their lean muscle is Y. It doesn't work that way for the reasons I've stated.

Muscle is about 75% water. How does that factor into your assertions?

Is your definition of "muscle" or "LBM" restricted to just the contractile proteins?

When I say water weight, I am just talking about the weight loss you experience when coming off a SS plus GOMAD diet to a more standard diet. Not sure if that water is stored in muscle or not?

I think Rusi's definition of LBM is restricted to the amount of dicks he can fit in his ass.

Not much of a restriction in his case, is it?
