    you clearly dont have kids Hunter or you would know that Sunday morning is the worst time to try to do anything with your partner.

    starting strength coach development program
    My wife drops my daughter off in the morning and I pick her up in the afternoon (before after care means she's there from about 7:45 AM to 5:30 PM). Three days a week I'm <slowly learning> training oly lifts. Then that evening after my daughter goes to bed I do the strength lifts (was doing 6 days a week splitting for time, but I've been doing three lately and just taking longer). My wife has to do her exercises for her herniated disk at the same time, so it works out.

    Mostly I just make sure that training time is sacred unless some really important thing happens.
