    Hello,

    I have been doing SS for about a month now. I had some issues with my squat, and actually attended the Squat Camp with Jordan and he was super helpful. So I figured I should post a my press video, so I can get some insight on what I am doing wrong. I'm probably not using my hips like I should. But if there is anything else let me know. Thanks in advance

    Stats:
    Female
    31 yrs old
    145 lbs
    5'6ish height

    This is essentially a strict press. We teach a press with more active hips.

    That being said, your bar path is hurting you as the bar gets way out in front of you. Aim for your nose on the way up and on the way down to keep the bar over the mid-foot throughout the rep.

    Try to be explosive too even if the weight feels heavy..

    Thanks! The video clearly showed what I'm doing wrong. I have lots of work to do.
