Missing a lift
I am going to be away and sadly there isn't going to be a gym near where I'll be and will thus miss a day. I remember reading something about vertical jumps as something that can be done in this situation but I'm unsure of the parameters.
Can anyone give me some sort of routine that I can/should do to keep myself ready for the lift that follows?

If you're only missing one day and don't have equipment, really just don't worry about it. Come back and lift as scheduled the next time.
