    I'm still waiting for the form checks of this 400 lb squat at 300 lb paused bench.

    Really? They didn't even put me at advanced in Ripp's books IIRC

    I'll be attempting a 308,5lb/140kg bench by April. If that wait is too long i could film one of my 3x3 sets with 275lbs now or next week if you'd prefer. It's not 300lbs though

    I'll read that passage again then. I'll admit i just looked at the numbers without any sort of context or prelude

    I thought the poster questioned my ability to perform a 300lb bench. If just for form check and the numbers are irrelevant i'll try to film my next regular workout
