New guy here, working on getting stronger using the Texas Method
Hey guys, I've been using the Texas Method template since the new year looking to increase my overall strength. I been into some type of working out most of my life with the past year being Crossfit/strength style training which I really enjoy especially in the summer. Anyway, I'll probably start up a journal to track progress and take advise.
I've not changed too much from the basic template other than Front Squats 3x3 on Wednesday at a moderate weight and sometimes I'll snatch and/or clean on Saturdays.
