    If by huge gut you mean strong man gut then you need to get it. If you mean slug gut then you wont get it if you eat decent and train hard

    As I gined weight I found this became more of a problem. When I was 175 I could sleep on my side on the floor and feel good, at 210 this became uncomfortable. The increased weight increases the pressure on all the bony points, and the increased muscle means less space for nerves and blood vessels if you lie on your arm.
