Will humping a barbell help increase my squat by 10-15%?

I typically go with this approach:

The ones who stand in front of my gym for three days are admitted.

I'm glad someone in the LA area is thinking of the homeless.

Only if you do a low-bar hump.

I know we always advocate debating the argument on its own merits here, not based on how strong the arguer is, but does this not indicate a serious lack of basic understanding in either technique execution, programming, or both, regarding the squat? Yes, yes it does.

Have I officially derailed the thread? Guess so.

Well he mostly claims to have big glutes and so females follow his advice. now if most people that squat consistently posted what their glute measurement is and compared it to this clown, maybe people would start thinking differently.

Mine are currently ~47 inches. I have never preformed a glute bridge or indeed any glute isolation work.

Brett has apparently done some research and apparently an EMG shows that glute bridges "activate" the glutes more than squatting or deadlifting. This is important because reasons.

Plenty of people who don't squat also have bigger "glute" measurements than he does.
