    Been working on it, finally hit a 3 plate squat on intensity day (pretty intense).

    This is 125kg from volume day.

    Mister T! Pretty good work here man, these are some solid looking squats. You can push your knees out harder, and probably get bigger air between reps, but generally pretty damn solid looking. Though I can't say I'm a fan of your re-racking procedure.

    Yeah I got lazy this set.

    I always walk back into the rack, I was so fatigued.

    Knees out (on the way up?) and bigger air roger that.

    I was worried I'd be squatting high, am I?
