Not bad. Break with your hips and knees at the same time. Right now, your squat looks kind of jerky because you flex the knees first, then the hips. If you stayed a little tighter at the bottom, that would be okay, too.

I have had a 1 year+ hiatus from lifting. I started back up about 1 month ago. Since then, been working LP in 10lb increments on squat. I would like to determine how I am progressing form-wise.
Male.
205 +/- body weight.
5'9" height.
39 years old.

About the only issues I see is that it looks like I dive-bomb a couple reps in the bottom and I may be leading with my chest slightly in a couple. Insights? Thoughts? Tips?
