Help with squat
Hello,
I've read in many squat threads that a common advice is to tighten everything up. However, I can't seem to get the hang of it. Either all the muscles turn into a type of isometric contraction where I can't descend or they seem rather loose with no rebound or tightness at the bottom. Is there any advice on getting tight throughout the descend but not so tight that they prevent all movement?

Will yourself to move. I just tightened my whole leg, but was still able to bend it. I'm not special.
