Your chest caving is not the problem you need to be worried about. Going deeper is. Narrow your stance a touch. Go lower. You may need to lean over a bit more.

I believe my last set of 5 was my best.
Any tips for keeping chest up, while looking down?
I seem to get better hip drive, but my head looking down makes me prone to relaxing upper back at the bottom.
Thanks for the help

Thanks Tom. I will adjust the stance, and prioritize depth this next squatting session. Probably makes sense that I felt my lower quads stiffen after training, like I was using them for breaks near the bottom. Is it okay if I submit another video of my next session?
Yep.
So bringing my stance in helped a lot!
I also slowed my descent so I was more patient getting depth
Did 5x5 with 135 and tried to bury them.
I had a bro at the gym film a set, but my phone shut off after only 2 reps.
Form looked much better IMO.
I will film another set next wk and post back.
Thanks again
Glad to hear it.

Must go deeper. Watch how your knees slide forward at the bottom. Get them further forward earlier in the descent and then keep them there. Also, it is time to break the habit of lifting your chest. On the ascent, your knees go back and then you lift your chest. Drive your butt straight up. Your knees may come back a little, but stay with your hips all the way to the top.
