    How do you manage to increase 5 lb each workout for a year and a half and still have a 320 lb squat? Assuming that 22 weeks ago you didn't squat minus 10 lb.

    Just joking, I understand that the surgery took its toll and life isn't always linear. But this reasoning explains the #YNDTP.

    Also it's difficult for me to imagine eating 4-6K while dropping 15 lb. I would suggest that the weight drop impacted your recovery significantly. And 6 min rest is likely not enough as others have said.

    Nice progress at your BW, given that you still run novice programming. You might want to post a form check video.
