stuck at press
as i stated in the tittle i got stuck at the standing press 3 times in a row doing 65kg X 5reps, 65kg X 5reps, 65kg X 4reps every time for 3 times in a row i lately started feeling tingly feeling in my right shoulder and pain in my right elbow could it be that holding me back from my gains ? :S need help on what to do.
