    Hello Coaches,
    Would greatly appreciate a quick look at my squat. This is my last set from volume day. It feels like i am getting slightly forward of midfoot towards the end but that is my untrained observation. How do i fix it if this is actually the case? Thanks for your time.

    Tough to say a lot from the front. Please read the sticky on filming form checks. Your stance looks to be a little too wide and you may be lifting your chest instead of driving with the hips, although I will not swear to the last part because I cannot really tell what your back angle is doing. On the plus side, the weight looks light for you. Do you have a tiny torso? Your belt looks like it is being worn pretty high up.

    Does this need more hips? I don't think my torso is especially small, i just prefer to wear the belt higher as i feel like i can brace better that way. Thanks for the response.

    Sorry, man. Need better video. Please read the sticky. Video from the front at 10 fps is not what I need. Free advice requires better videography on your part.
