Greetings everyone. I am new to the starting strength program and looking to get started with it. For the past year and a half I've been doing Crossfit so I am no stranger the lifts in the Starting Strength program.
With beginning the starting strength program, I am looking for weights to begin with. I am 6'4" 240lbs and 39 years old.
My most recent numbers for lifts are as follows:
1rm Back squat = 285 (highbar, if that matters)
1rm bench = 175 (this has always been a weak area for me)
1rm power clean - 205
1rm strict press - 140
1rm Deadlift - 365
