These pro's on the site have a instinct for when someone is gaining weight too fast. To fast to be healthy weight gain.
I dunno. Depends on age, height and build. 65 years old? Yeah, ease off a bit. 25? Whatever, you'll be fine. Are you 4'11"? Maybe slow down. 6'11"? GOMAD, motherfucker!
