    Well, two days ago you couldn't do a low-bar squat.

    So we're just going to sit here, sip whiskey, and watch to see if ANYONE can EVER read the sticky at the top of the forum.

    Maybe your squat will continue to improve on its own.

    Ok, I just read the sticky note. Sorry, I will try to find someone who can film me from a netter angel.

    Yes, I obsessively read about stretches for the low bar over the weekend, visualized etc. and magically today I could really put the bar in the correct position. I was mega happy :-)

    But meanwhile PLEASE give me some feedback on what you can see. To me the squat looks almost flawless ). Am I delusional or do you see issues

    Thank you.

    PS: I purchased the SS book and the SS app on iTunes so I am not a freeloader. (I felt like mentioning that because I REALLY appreciate your service)

    I posted that picture because I cannot see what you are doing at all, although I am happy it looks good to you. Much like the gentleman in the picture, you are in blackness.
