Clean and Press @ 67,,, Piece a' Cake.
At 67 now I have been training/eating naturally, lifetime steroid free since I was 13 years old. I have competed in AAU Bodybuilding, Olympic Lifting, and Power Lifting since the 1960's. It was my addiction, profession, etc.
I am a degreed Biologist, former Paramedic and Certified Personal Trainer with tons of certifications for a half century.
I have never seen so much BS posted by both gurus and dilettantes regarding workouts and nutrition.
So here I am doing a 'perfect power clean and press' one year ago with 145.
It's the exercise that nobody does, instead using smith machines, seated machines, and other pansy equipment.
It rocks the whole body, the whole chain, the whole core, globally, totally from nose to toes. I see many guys benching 300 at my age, but that is all they can really do, and it would kill them to do anything that they couldn't lay down to do, wrap up to do, sit down to do.
Now get OFF my lawn.

If you want to take it to the next level, try some Log Clean & Presses.

And you have a sense of humor. Good work. I always admire a person of our age who can do a proper clean and jerk. Kudos!

Looks like you are bending your arms on the pull.

I think I saw a new convention for geezer form check videos. Who's the compassionate soul in the background?
