Cool, thanks for sharing. Are there any forum members competing?

Thanks Shug. But in my age bracket, I'm probably the only ass there to kick. As the venerable Gordon Santee once said when interviewed about competing as a Master's lifter, "My competition is injured or dead." Nonetheless, I intend to represent SS and what I've learned from Rip & Company to good effect. I've been competing for three years and even though I got to the USPA/IPL Worlds inn 2013, illness and injury have kept me from getting to Nationals.
I'll frankly be surprised if they stream or record this one. The drug tested division is brand new and I think they're still figgering out how to promote it. I could have gone to the non-tested Nationals. My total at the CA state championships made the cut, but I want to support this effort by the USPA. Even though I know a lot of people in all forms of every sport or athletic endeavor imaginable juices, it's still cheating as far as I am concerned. I'm just that old school.
Which is not to say I have a case of the ass over people electing for TRT if they don't compete for improved lives. Their life, their decision. The USPA does provide for a TRT waiver in the untested categories, but not this one. You compete clean in this category. If you get caught dirty, you get penalized for it in ALL USPA events thereafter.
