    It is a giant game, so why not have some fun with it? And while Skillin described a handful of various set & rep schemes, just make sure you do more the next time you use that same scheme. For example, say you want to have a bit of fun and do a density block. You'd look in your log book and notice what you got last time, and with what weight, and make sure to do a few more. Or add 5lbs more and attempt to get the same number of reps.

    I linear progressed them just fine now im doing 8-3s with back offs on pullups and chinups each twice a week...it is working very well add 1.25 pounds each week

    I can't progress them linearly, but they do go up over time. So far they seem to need high amounts of volume to respond.
