Assuming you are squatting correctly, this may not be consequential. An x-ray won't show disc herniations, but, at the end of the day, what are you going to do? High reps, low weight won't make you, or your back, stronger. None of the pathologies you mention above are problematic, or uncommon. You would probably be better served by finding a coach and getting on with making your numbers go up. How tall are you and what do you weigh?
