Here's the hole numbering from when I created vinyl numbering for my RML-690. You'll have to do the math with 1 and 2in spacing.

I'm trying get a custom power rack fabricated and i'm interest in knowing the dimensions of the west-side hole spacing dimensions. I understand the holes are 5/8" dia. and they are 2" apart, except in the bench press region where they are 1" apart. At what height does the bench spacing start at and end? Any here that owns the Rogue westside spaced power racks or one of the rogue SML-1 half-racks?

ANDDDD you can't read it at that size. Can't edit either.
Here's how it goes on the RML uprights:
1-11 are 2in between
11-32 are 1in between
32-52 are 2in between
1 is bottom of the post, 52 is the top.
There's about 2in below the bottom hole (hole 1).
Edit privileges are killing me. 54 is the top hole.

Technically its a RML-690, but shorted to a 30" working depth, rather than the 43" of the standard RML-690. Rogue was really good about this.
Swapped out the standard stuff to sandwich J-cups and strap safeties too.
Holes every two inches work well on my rack which I made myself. I'd be concerned about 5/8 sized safety's if you ever do rack pulls as you'll likely bend them. I'd go one inch minimum.
I used an R-3 with the pin/pipe safety about a month ago when visiting another gym on vacation. Really wasn't bad at all. Once you get the pin started from the front, you put the pipe over it. The pipe is just short enough that you can see where you're putting the pin in the back upright.
