For whatever reason, if I don't get at least a little bit sore after every workout, I feel like I didn't get my money's worth.
Am I just a sicko? LOL

Thanks for the link, nice article. I like the last line, "Improved performance means progress, and while soreness is an occasional necessary evil, it should never be the objective." Ultimately, I do judge my workouts by the progress I make, not by how sore I am afterwards.
