Thread: Footwear for both cycling and lifting

    No chance of leaving equipment sadly, commercial gym so at peak hours it does fill up.

    I think I'm resigned to trying to find room for lifting shoes as well as cycling trainers. It's only a Monday that should be a problem (when I take in my work shirts & pants for the week and the bags will be extra crowded) or a Friday on my way home.

    That's true. I sometimes bike in hiking boots for certain types of trips and terrain and I also have a pair of winter cycling boots. Both have a little bit of heel lift and are comfortable to squat in. -could be done, but that assumes that boots are appropriate footwear for work.
