Hi. During my squat work sets, I missed the last rep of my second set when I leaned too far forward and went up on my toes. Grinded for 5 seconds but couldn't get it up. The weight was tough but I got all reps out on third set. Do I continue with a 5 pound jump in my session today or do I stay on the same weight because of the missed rep?
Argh why didn't you just do another set?!?
