One weighted and one for reps is what I typically prescribe when time is a factor and AMRAP isn't the priority. If AMRAP is the priority I prescribe volume totals each week and increase the rep target weekly. Works pretty good.

Very useful video my lifting partner and I were trying to figure out whether/how we should incorporate this in our routine.
