All those times that I sat in the gym and watched from afar those few special characters in the far corner lifting superhuman weights while the rest of us simply fooled around in the gym pretending to accomplish something. Congrats, David. That's impressive progress over 12 months. Nick is the man, and so are you.
I hit my 56th birthday recently. Last May I finally notched a 500 lb. deadlift (got it to 515 in October), having reached the press and squat goals four years ago. My goal this year is to get my press back over 200 regularly, notch 225 on it, squat over 400 regularly, and get a 550 deadlift single.
