What do you think would be a better use of time and money, attending SS training camps or getting in person coaching?

I can attend attend a squat camp and press/bench camp near my location (and it seems like deadlift camps have been held in the past), or get 2-3 in person training sessions. Both would cost about the same and are the same distance for me to travel to.

For background, I am an intermediate running into some elbow and lower/upper back pain with the lifts and wanted to fix them. I have not done live in-person training before, only online coaching.
Definitely think I have room to improve with my technique.

It depends on the coach. If you have the opportunity to hire a staff coach from a seminar, that would be the way to go.
