    Did you continue to add pounds to your deadlift? Or is your shoulder also bothered by this lift?

    I知 doing great with this. Tomorrow I値l be doing 157.5 kg for 5. Saturday I知 planning for 160.

    Hit 157.5 for 5. This is way stronger than I致e ever been in my life.

    I hope you will get cured your shoulder and can come back to do heavy squats.

    The saga continues. I’m back to low bar squat, shoulder all healed up, and I did 140 3x5 for a PR, however I hit a huge wall at 160 on DL. 1st try only got 3 reps. So next DL session I repeated and only got 2 reps. It felt super heavy for some reason. Now if I reset I’ll be nearly back to par with squat.

    Reset DL to 145 and build from there?

    Update for anyone reading. Retried 160 kg today and hit it solid 1x4 then 1x2.
