    Yeah, I’m gonna be outta town for two weeks from next so plan to rehab in hotel gyms and when I get home if it still is bad get a doc to look at it. I actually started now doing high bar squats which don’t bother it at all.

    Okay, At least your shoulder doesn't bother you in everyday activities.

    Whatever was wrong with my shoulder is now fixed as of this week. I just did high bar squats for two weeks and an only did overhead press every session (no bench) with lower weight and higher reps.

    Also, the new problem from doing high bar squats for 3 weeks is some patellar tendinitis. So definitely glad I’m back to being able to low bar squat.
