Ask your doctor about Tyler bars. May cause constipation, depression, diarrhea, or vomiting. Tyler bars are not for everyone. If you experience bleeding from the eyes, hallucinations or nightmares, immediately stop dosage and consult your doctor. Batteries sold separately.

    Sorry! Something went wrong!

Cheaper, more color coordination options, and useful for more things...

ok, i thought i would ask since it has been happening for months now, I don't think it will go away on its own now (unless it needs even more time?), i just don't want any kind of permanant damage if i keep doing pull ups

no i don't, my back is pretty normal as far as i know
I thought I was sure you had the same problem as me. But apparently not. Apologies.

Shak, just because some of us are poking fun at things you're asking about doesn't mean it's not a form of help. If something you're asking about is silly, making fun of it is a way of pointing that out. For example, my dishcloth comments are mocking that product precisely because you don't need a specialized set of new products for what it is supposed to do. The ultimate purpose of a lot of "innovations" really is simply to sell them.

As for Rip's comment on the chin protocol, try using the search function for terms like "chin protocol" or even "elbow rehab", and you'll find a wealth of discussion and information. Pro tip: Make sure you use the option to search both forums and sections, for more scope.

Ok you win. Now do 30 sets of 3 chin ups every 5 days until the elbow pain goes away.
