    So you would even say doing 80% sprints 200 meters to at most 400 meters could even be counter productive for a strength athlete. Even tho it echos a anaerobic stress.

    Stress is stress. It has to be recovered from. Do the math.

    Upper body, not really. Squats and deads and cleans oh yeah.
