I tend to keep Beef jerky with me as a snack during the day but can't say I've found any of the commercial brands to be amazing, and I've tried a few smaller straight from farm companies again not great.
Being quite a foodie I am toying with doing my own but before I commit to dehydrator, spices and the time involved can I ask if anyone does this and have the results been worth it?

Good news! You don't need a dehydrator, it takes a few minutes to prep, and you already have spices, right?
