You too Leah! I have my work cut out for me, lol. PS Now I have to pause my paused DLs 2" off the floor. That will be so much fun.

Celebrated finishing this block by getting back on the mat for 2 hours of jujutsu and an hour of aikido. Prepared for the next block by trying to stay as relaxed as possible. Even lazy. This made my training better - better sensitivity and control, and better power too. Also, I did not get too beat up. It was nice to just train without teaching. And, my stomach has finally recovered. I hit my macros for the first time in over a week and it was easy!

felt uncoordinated and not very explosive, shit was hurting. But I know they'll come back with some practice. It's just been a while.

I also wanted to add - I weighed in at 145 on Sunday. Today I weighed in (it was after training which was in the afternoon) at 151, just four days later. Trippy.

Eternity. But it got me 295 at the meet, when I had nearly dropped 292.5 two weeks before!
