    10 hill sprints about 10sec apiece
    1 mile cooldown

    3x5 decline situps with 10lb
    3x6 hip thrusts 130lb

    Elbow seems to be healing fine. I had to stop the rehab as I don't think it's time just yet to start.

    Weighed in at 209lb. I think I've actually lost a pound.
    Didn't know how much hill repeats/hip thrusts two days ago would affect this run. More than I expected. Yeserday, calves high up near the knee were sore. Today, feet just a tad sore on the mile warmup. Left big toe sore for the first time in a really long time. Definitely due to the hills. I think my hips might be a bit sore as of 3pm.

    Felt pretty yucky today before the run. Probably due to the two glasses of wine Saturday night. Was exhausted yesterday.

    Squats 210lb 3x5

    Felt good to lift some weight again. Every day the elbow feels stronger and I get just a bit of range of motion back. Looking forward to DL, Press, and PC! I really miss them.

    I'll do a 5k race on Friday to see where I'm at compared to 2 years ago.

    Mile warmup
    5k race in 22:57.
    Good mornings 90lb 3x25

    Felt rested and fit for the race, but maybe a bit tight as I took two days off. Race pace was faster than training pace so I guess that's good. Kick felt really strong.

    Squats 215 3x5
    Hip thrusts 130lb 2x10
    Adductor raises 25lb 1x5

    Squats went pretty well. While I didn't feel 100% fresh ( a bit of bronchitis from yesterday's race), I still felt strong. Felt like I was about to stall on a few reps of last set.

    1.5 miles of hill intervals a 6% incline
    2x.25 intervals at 5m/m
    1 mile with 100m surges thrown in.

    Squats 220lb 3 sets 5 reps
    Hip thrusts 130lb 2x10
    Good mornings 40lb 1x20, 90lb 1x10, 100lb 1x10

    Squats felt really good, despite some fear yesterday about my left rectus femoris being strained above the kneecap. Warmed up pretty good with 20 sumo deadlift high pulls and sets of body weight squats.

    Really made sure to use my ass and hamstrings.

    First set felt hard and seemed to max my HR. Second and third set felt much better.

    Traveling for half the week. Always seems to kill my workout schedule. That last set... I felt a strain in my multifidus near L5-S1. Gotta love it.
