That video is me getting beaten up in "backyard boxing", not dropping a bar on my head.
Just post the straight link, you can't put the mini-vid player thing here. I did watch. I lol'd.
Sam v Felix was funnier.
The last exercise of the Crossfit vid was amusing.
And WTF? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zeRxV...eature=channel
That's the first scene of a movie my friend and I tried to make. It starts like Romeo and Juliet with the protagonist seeing a woman and falling in love through a glass barrier (R&J had a fish tank or some shit, but whatever). Then the woman's boyfriend shows up and kisses him so the protagonist commits suicide. I think it's absolutely hilarious, but I seem to be the only one. The movie never came to fruition because the camera broke. It was going to be called Zombies on a Spaceship, directed by my friend and completely unrelated to the above scene which I directed. We had a black guy casted and everything.
No, I found it funny. Just wondered what the hell was going on.
I think it is a testament to the crapiness of my directing that I have to explain this every time someone watches it.
Only had access to a limited setup today. Also training in -5*C and haven't held a bar on my back in a while meant I couldn't use the low bar position.
High bar good mornings
132 x 5
132 x 5
176 x 5
220 x 5
220 x 5
220 x 5
220 x 5
220 x 5
good wholesome fun. Hard on the abs. Should do these more often.
Chin grip pulldown
5x10, increased weight for the first three sets. last three were sets across.
Barbell row
132 x 5
176 x 5
220 x 10+6+3 RP. down since last week. Wooly gloves possibly to blame, or exercise order, or increased vagination. Ne'er mind.
Didn't do curls or anything really leg related (although hamstrings were mashed up). Will do them along with triceps and maybe shrugs and grip as an extra workout on Monday, then do my normal pressing day on Thursday.
